I know things can change very fast up there.. But does anyone know which lakes are open and which are still frozen.. Beginning with Rock Creek Lake.. thanks for all replys... Starting to pack and go into the tackle box to see what i need... Thanks Guys

Rock Creek lake is always frozen for the opener, There is a very cold storm front coming in on Tuesday for about 24-36 hours. Temps will be 25 degrees lower than normal.
Youy can be guaranteed that all the high alitude lakes will have ice...

Sounds its time for some ice fishing again. We ice fished south lake last year and it was the most fun ive ever had on the opener.
