OK , the plan was to get to the lake early and catch some Bass. I get to the lake just after 7:00 am , foggy and cool outside , looking fishy. Now two hours go by and not a bite , " hum time to change the game plan " . So I start tossing the kastmaster
on my ultra lite rod & 4lb line , and it looks like the panfish wanna play , cool !! ... lots of fun on ultra lite gear .

Had a blast catching about 15 or so panfish (I cant identify all I'll let the experts ) the crappie getting honors of the day . Did squeak out 6 Bass total , some dinks and some bigger dinks lol .

Here's a few pics of the day ,enjoy ....

Nice pics and cool post bro. Got to love those old school Kastmasters. It looks like you had a lot of success using different lures. Good job out there.

Good job out there. Gotta love those Kastmasters! They'll catch just about everything and that's why I carry at least a half dozen in my bag. I'm planning on taking the kids out there tomorrow.

nice pics of the sunfish and bluegill- that first redear has crappie looking colors on his body, and the bars on that gill are nice. No wonder they look so bitchin' in a tank- Not that I would keep them in a tank...
