Has anyone fished Silver Lake reservoir? It's near the 2 and the 5 around Glendale... I just noticed it.

I tried to back in the day when I lived in Echo Park, but something told me the 9 foot fences with barbed wire enclosing the entire perimeter of the lake and the No Trespassing signs meant the city doesn't want to many people in there.

Every spot like that has a hole in the fence somewhere
yeah i tried to see if there was any entrance to the lake because i work at atwater/silver lake but there was none except no trespassing sign. that lake must hold a lots of fish

that lake was drained recently

If you're going to sneak into a rez.... give Bouquet Cyn Rez a go... allegedly there are several holes to crawl under the fence and the fishing is pretty good..
