Hi Tunaslam,

My buddy is a real Ling killer. He does so well on that species.

Looks like lousy weather again for the next few days and into next week !! Nice weather on the beach but not so on the water .....
Hey did ya hear of the limit yellow catching just south of the border today ?

Hi fishbones,

Thanks. It was a nice day but the water was nasty and the convering wave and wind pattern made for washing machine conditions.

Yes, if I cut off the front end, it might make a Sandab imitation for the Lings. Otherwise just a critter bait for Bass.

Hey Ron,
I can always count on your Wednesday/Thursday report before I leave for work in the morning.
That was one nice lingasaurus!
Take Care,

Hi murrieta angler,

Thanks. Until I start going around to all the landings and boats, my reports will remain on a small scale. Once Summer kicks in then I'll be later with reports but there'll be more content.

Hi paDDy,

I'm in the process of going thru all my plastics for sorting to use this Summer season. 15 years of plastics means .... lots of stuff !! Yep, I'm hoping to fish lots of Eels, rattails, soft stick-baits, and critters this Summer's Bass season.
