Sorry for taking up forum space guys, but this bass i caught today was my biggest one of the year (:Crying:) I do not have a scale, but to prevent myself from posting these post, i think I'm going to invest in one. Anyways, It would be nice if maybe you guys can give me an estimated weight for this bass right here, I did not measure it. I'm thinking the rod can help maybe just a bit? its a 7' vendetta lol.
Thank you so much! & sorry!!
It measures 18 inches.

Looks like a solid 3 lber to me, but I really can't tell at all because there isn't really anything in the picture to compare it to. Possibly a 4 lber. Did you get the length on it? That could help me determine the weight a LOT better.

18 inches? I would say around 3.5 lbs then. For me, 0.5 is half not 5 oz, like some people do.

18” = 3.64 Lb (that is in tenths not Oz) So just over 3 1/2 Lb....
Girth is also a factor and can vary the weight by as much as a half pound. However, the chart above will give you a fair estimate of the weight of the fish.
Nice bass.....
