My first day wearing the Team 57 shirt paid off big with this bruiser, caught him @ 1pm on a red/gold Thomas Buyant spoon. What a hit! I was so nervous it was gonna break the 3lb Maxima line, I had to net it myself (which took 4 attempts before I got it in safely). Sure put my flaky buddies in their place for ditching out on a BEAUTIFUL day on the water! Caught the rest of my limit with power worms on 1lb bows.
Sure seemed like a tough bite out there for a lot of folks on Saturday, but it seemed like those who were chucking the iron got the prize browns.
