Had a very busy weekend so here is a late report.
Water was a little dirty inside but the visibility improved the further you went out. Didn't take the bait tank or gaff out as our plan was to fish for bass. Took some plastics from 4"-6".
Got to our spot and started catching right away. Had one rod setup with a 5" motor oil big hammer and had my other rod with a 6" bleeding mack big hammer. As I wsa tossing out the 5" I had my other rod dead sticking. Had multiple doubles through out the day and so I was kept busy. Fun time and definately had the bass thumb going on.

Here is the average sandy. There were some toads mixed in for sure:
