im planning on renting a boat tomorrow and i talked to the marina, they said the fish have been hitting on top water. Im thinking jerkbaits, small swimbaits, and zara spooks. Does anyone have any tips for fishing the stripers at the lake on artificials? any info would be cool and i'll make sure to post a fish report

well, I did not have any luck on topwater yet, but I cut 5 smal ones( 1 to 1.5 pounders) on backtail.

bucktails, or flukes, I've been whacking them on ripbaits, xrap been working best, center point, sharons rest point, and the back of ECC
the limits 10 per person make sure to kill em all.
