The questions about the fish kill last summer have finally been answered. Big bull nosed black crappie are again invading the inlet at West Marina. One thing that is different this year is that the gestaphol at West Marina have doubled the shore fishing permit to $10.00:EyePop: and they have taken away the senior citizen discount. :Head Bang: It will be interesting to see what happens to the crowds down there when the crappie really go off here in a couple of weeks.........

A guy I work with fished an area couple of days ago next to a place called Lake Point Park? and on down the canal that goes to the stadium and they caught 9 big crappie and 3 bass on mini jigs and split shot Robo Worms. Evening bite, from 5:30 to dark.
