Last Call...

Have not been on here in a while so here is my report.

Decided to give it one last shot before the season ends so packed up with wife, the dog Wildhorse and Duy Tran. Took the day off and dove Friday morning and bottom temp was in the low 50 high 40's so it was damn cold. Cold enough to call it a short dive. Anyhow, not wanting to deal with that again especially in the evening we decided to do it the old fashioned way, drop some hoops. Since I gave all my hoops away to Fishermanfromlongbeach, we used Duy's.

Long story short, limits for three after 4 sets. Brought up a couple sandies, a sculpin and some starfish. Kept only bugs. Filled out our bug cards and called it a night.

Hoops - Conincal
Bait - Macks
Surface Water Temp - 57
Winds - almost none
Depth - 40 feet
Tide Change - Fast incoming
Seals - None
Moon - None
Catch - Bugs, swell shark, starfish, sculpin, two sandies and a grip of crab.

Pulled back in the slip at 10pm. Until next year!

Nice pictures! And nice catch to end the night! Ill be giving it a try next season. I got all my hoops early this year but wasnt about to get my boat registered on time, so Ill probably need some advise from you guys, I hope thats ok. Thank you for all the reports, theyve gotten me through many long days of work. hahaha!

LOL sorry my young Padowan, I meant it's not a high dollar digital that most of the divers use that range anywhere from $1K to $10K that is the size of Texas. I use this camera any chance I get. My old Sony was a cheap little camera too and it cost about $600 with housing. Don't be bummed, I appreciate it...
