but seriously, those are some skinny bass. strange that you hooked that many with such sunken bellies. it looks like a pretty decent sized pond. well at least you got some. keep those reports coming!

Some of those bass should actually be kept. There obviously is not enough food in that pond to support the number of LMB. Dump in a bunch of baby Bluegill, start thowing out Purina Trout Chow, toss out nightcrawlers at regular intervals, feed them snails, something needs to be done there. It wasn't like that a couple of years ago. Hey are you using a chrome saltwater "live bait" hook in that purple worm? Gives it more flash huh?
