Can you still fish the far end of marine stadium? What is the deal with the reserve or park they put there?
Is anyone having luck with a fly rod in there or surrounding Alamitos bay?

The end of Marine Stadium to the reserve is all torn up with heavy equiptment. They are building a canal a guy told me to improve circulation and fixing the runoff from the golf course, dredging next.. They also have the road blocked off and 1/4 mile dug up through the park. It is funny how you ask about fly fishing. I was down there the other day at lunch time and say a guy fly fishing. Watched him for a few then he split (no bites).
