Walking Access at the Lagoon?

Hi Everyone!

When you fish at the goon, can you just park at the 24 hour lot and walk the entire length of the East Side from the shoreline?

yea you park in the 2nd lot after hours and you get free access to the whole shoreline of the east side

sometimes the cops will hassel you in the first lot if you are fishing off the rocks but for the most part the rest of the shoreline is open all night every night
