Anyone have any good tips, baits, and locations for lmb fishing at Puddingstone?

Plan to hit the lake with my tube tomorrow afternoon and would like some information.

Thanks.

If your fishing from the shore & getting snagged. Flyline (no weight) the bait. Try the east shore and sailboat cove. Small plastics on a drop shot or split shot. No more than 8lb test. If you use the split shot method try to find some worms with a curly tail.

Ive had success using 7" Berkley Worms and have even landed a few using rooster tails in the summer. Rather if you're fishing from a tube or the shore it doesnt matter because there are alot of weeds on the bottom. Texas rigging with those 7" worms is weedless so you will have way less snags to deal with. Sailboat cove seems to be the best area but ive also had success on the north shore east of the boat launch area in that big half circle area. There is alot of underwater cover there and the LMB seem to pile up in that area.
