brand new used once pac bay rw-3l rod wrapping machine condition 10/10 mechanically 10/10 works great i just have no where to use it after moving into my own place it just sits in my closet ... comes with envirotext lite $20 value free also brushes thread purple and black and a burnishing tool and whatever else i have i will throw in..i paid 350 for just the rod wrapper alone . oh i will throw in brand new propain torch never used 35$ value ...only asking $300 firm
