Has anyone had any luck fly fishing Irvine, Also is there any type of hatch that goes on at the lake. Thanks for any help

Tie on a power mouse streamer combo. Powerbait a woolybugger with a powerworm sticking out of it.

I use 2 bead head nymphs red & black #16 abouth 6'' from eachother, with 7' leader......good luck

About a month er so back I watched a guy strippin some streamers nail a few fish in boat dock cove, I think anything with some flash or bright color moving quickly through the water will put you on some fish....good luck and let us know how you do!

Chuck, How are you ? Long time . We need to get together for some frostys and catch up .
Use to do well on a Red Headed Matuka out there, although it's been a while. Going back if weather is too bad this weekend.
