Wanted to give Team 57 first crack at this before it goes up on CL this evening.
Perfect condition 2003 Porta-Bote Genesis IV 12’6” folding boat (silver color) with matching perfect condition 2003 Nissan (Tohatsu) 6 HP 4-stroke outboard with F/N/R and brand new 3.1-gallon gas tank and fuel hose. Boat includes upgraded 2009 no-rot plastic transom ($150 new) and is exactly the same as the 2009 model. Boat and motor only used once ever last year. Always garaged and covered. Motor runs absolutely perfect. Fresh engine oil and lower unit oil and properly broken in per Nissan specs. Top speed of 12.5 MPH with two people and trolls down to a crawl speed.
This boat folds down to only 4" thick and can be transported on top of any car and stored on a garage wall or basically anywhere you could keep a long surfboard. Porta-Botes are nearly bulletproof and have been tested and approved by the Japanese Coast Guard (google "Japanese Porta-Bote test"). This boat will easily hold 3-4 people. It includes 3 bench seats.
