went to Long beach to try some halibut since the weather is starting to warm up.
arrive at 8:30 am, and i see alot of trough but the waves are to rough :Sad:
the water was really warm bout like 65 to 70 degrees. starting with a LC and no hits :mad: so i rig up my drop shot and up on the rocks to see if they are concentrating in deep water. I got Nibbles but they did not want to take the bait. My lil Bro hooked up one of them but it came off :Crying: after that no bites for 3 hrs so we left around 12 pm. i guess the halibut is slow on that day iono but i had fun. next time during around march or late february, that fishing will get better. :Cool:
