I had a meeting in pomona this afternoon. While driving home I opted to work on my techniques to get ready for the spawn. So,
i stopped by the Pudd.
I fished for an hour or so. I saw some anglers fishing for trout and cats near the swim beach. they reported no bites.
while fishing the north end i saw a cormarant going to town on a dead crappie. looked a two pounder. he was floating about 20 feet from shore.
I did some slow crankin, c and t rig'd some creatures and robos for no bites.
man am i excited for the spring! in the meant
