I haven't made lobster tacos before but tonight I'm gonna give it a shot.

I have always boiled lobster in the past. I would think that if I boiled them for tacos, they would end up being soggy from the excess water moisture. Instead of boiling them, I plan to de-shell, then dice them up and fry them in a skillet with olive oil.

The other ingredients for the tacos will be: jack cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce, onion and SALSA!!!!

If they turn out delish, I'll reply later with a.... :Beer Toast:
If they turn out nasty, I'll reply later with a.... :Pee:

:Rolls Eyes:................

They turned out so so.......

The 1st tail, I just diced up and fried it. Left a funny after taste which I didn't like.
The 2nd tail, I diced up but removed the orange outer skin before frying it.
That got rid of the after taste but made them kinda plain tasting.
Would I make them again?......... probably not.
Fish tacos taste way better.

Boil the lobster tail first. Then dice up the meat, put in the pan and fry in butter. Don't use anything but real butter to fry em in. I guarantee you will be happier with the outcome. If I were doing tacos I would def put some cilantro and a tiny bit of fresh garlic in the pan with the butter. Just typing the word butter is making my mouth water, haha.
