Thursday was for snowboarding at June. Still a little powder to be had on the edges of the runs. This is looking toward Mono Lake.

Almost made it to Silver Lake...

Friday was for fishing the lower Owens. A couple of small browns, looks like a raccoon ate a HUGE crawdad for dinner...

Back to June on Saturday for one more day on the slopes. A few new inches made the groomed stuff a little better. Sunday down to Isabella for a quick kayakfishing session. Cold stained water and no bass to be found even though a lot of rock structure was present.

See you up there..

Way to go, Aaron. Looks cold, but beautiful. I might be doing the same trip in a few weeks.

Nice report--made me pine for the Sierra, one of my favorite spots on earth. Loved the photo of the craw claw and raccoon prints!
