Here is a cheap kayak for someone who wants to fish the kelp.
Toss on a milk crate and make some rod holders and your ready for the El Nino early sping WSB and YT.
Put some 3M 5200 on the crack and your good to go. DR

kayak also comes with paddles , has small crack that can be fixed at aquatek for $50
