Brought Trailblazer out of retirement last night, we had a challenge from feel the steel, Gayordy Bass, and Khahn... We were up for it.

Left a 6pm got to first spot around 7 pm. We manage 4 fish, kept 1 a piece to stay legal. We thought it would turn into a good night so we werent worried and knew we had to fish till 2 am or so..

TB with this 6lb 1 ounce fish.

The 6lb fish and the other 4lb 4 ounce fish.

Just the nominal action was too much for Trailblazer and he had to take a hit off his inhaler.

We continue on to two other spots for nothing..

Meet up with Feel the peel and the group. They had farmed just about a fish a piece.

We hit two more spots as a big group for nothing.

Got some decent flow at midnight. We called it quits at 2 am.

Feel the peel and the group soldiered on and... Well lets just say you wanna read their report!.. Not gonna steal their thunder..

Limits for 5 of the group.

Stomach contents with BIG EGG sacks and loaded up with sculpin and shrimp. TB and I saw these shrimp suspended THICK!!

Would like to add, another FNN buddy, BassNrack were on the Largemouth heavy this morning. Hopefully he will put up a post.

Also I just had Sinus/deviated septum corrective surgery. Well wife and I are headed to the hospital. My sinuses are burning from whatever Trailblazer ate from dinner last night... YUCK!! My truck still stinks.. :Potty:

Had a blast fishing with you guys. Things will turn around. As you can see these fish aren't too hungary right now.

Well it's about time you guys post a report of some fish. I was starting to get worried, lol. Nice going out there!

Looks like you guys get alot of action! I really liked the report. Great pics and funny too! I especially liked the close up of internals , Great shot! (educational for me). I was checking out the insides of the one I had caught and wasn't real sure what was what. I was just looking up the anatomy of a striper yesterday on internet and didn't find anything that good. Thanks! I need to try the late night fishing. Just a little spooky out there alone for me. Need to find some night fisherman around here. Again, great job finding the action!!

I don't think anyone really wants to drive 1 1/2 hrs at night to fish until we start producing some fish in this area. But seeing how you guys do it (at night)I think it might be the ticket! The one I caught was pretty big. Hopefully there's got to be more and I never see anyone fishing around here so they've had time to grow. We'll see.

Great news on the average picking up. I was there a couple of weeks ago and saw the smallest duct striper I have seen in decades caught too. It was no bigger than 10". That in itself is a good thing too. Maybe they had a good spawn?

Great seeing you feller's out there great ta fish with the bakonian's again..

I had a blast....you guys nailed a ur limit (Saweeet !) but that was definately a rougher bite....had ta work real hard for the easy, it was FAR FROM EASY as some may speculate.

You guys did a great job out there and I'm glad I didn't have to ride with Scott with those fumes !

Good times guys...good times !

Sorry cutbait, haven't been on here for a while. We had a killer morning at the Duct. No striper for us, but the largemouth wanted to play. Most fish were caught on a R2S Bubble popper. The fish were flying out of the water smackn' this bait. It was almost unbelievable! We had an honest to goodness 15+ pound limit. One fish close to 5 and one in the 3 1/2 pound range and multiple fish over 2. The dinks were also trying to inhale this good size bait. It was awesome!!!!!! Sorry, no pics! Cutbait can post a couple if he wants. I have no idea how to do this from my phone.
