I have a mercruiser 140 hp in board/outboard I have notice gear
oil leaking out of a little hole in the front of the outboard is this a blown
seal, problem or normal in the up position?

No it is a four cylinder motor inside the boat, and I cheched the
oil in the lower end and it was a little low.
