Where do the Crappie Spawn at DVL?

I need some info. Some of the largest Crappie in Southern California can be caught at the stairwells on all of the dams at DVL. This is common knowledge. However, I have never been able to find where the Crappie spawn on DVL. Are they spawning in the brush or the grass on the North side of the lake are or they spawning some place else. Also, what months does the spawn generally take place on this lake? If you know the answer to these questions. You are welcome to ride on my Champion in March when I go in search of the Crappie at DVL.

i don't know... but when you do finally sniff out that sea-run crappie bite let the rest of us know!!! That must be awsome!
