Got to the lake at 0615ish. Pretty cold truck said 45 degrees. Water temp 53 degrees. Trolled and trolled and trolled around the whole lake for one short bite. I tried every jig I had. Fish the downrigger, nothing. Put the boat on the beach on the west shore and tried a few baits. nothing. Trolled over towards the launch ramp and saw a few boat anchored right off the boat dock. They were getting a few so I stopped and dropped the anchor. Ended up loosing one right at the boat and getting 3. One was in the 3 pound range and the other 2 where solid 2 pound models..Got one on garlic PB. and the others on the orange powerworm with a rainbow PB head. Pulled anchor at 1500 and headed home. NO pictures today sorry.

Good try man....tougher bite today..fish are there tho......an old wise man told me today it was cuzz of these moon phases were getting.....it will pick up soon

Great effort on the troll.. It was a blast trolling while it lasted. Hopefully the trout will moveout soon. Word on the lake :ROFL:the last stocking never moved more then 20 yards from the ramp in 1 week. :Head Bang:

I trolled some of my bigger baits today for nothing. Got a few smaller fish last week on some big rapala's. I am still hoping to get a 10 pound fish this year. It is turning out to be harder that I thought... see ya out there.

Are you talking 7's or 9's ? I been trolling a 9 at times but no luck so far. Dont know if i should keep using it or toss it in the salt box...

some older dude got a fish close to 10 today on the troll..it was nice....
