berkley amp

i just picked up a berkley amp 7' spinning rod and i'm pretty impressed, and so damn cheap. i'm using a daiwa regal XIA with it and it seems like a great 4lb to 6lb rig. probably get it wet this weekend. anyone used one of these amp rods yet?

They look damn nice for $30, but you might want to check out the Turner's Californian rods for $40. Even better.

i have a turner's ca 7ft casting rod and think it's great. even though it cost me $100 when i got it. i've been really happy with berkley rods. i use an air im7 for salt and have fished it a lot. it's has even battled a few by-catch rays and been fine.

They were out of stock!!!

I went to Turners yesterday to get one of these rods and they are now $100 there were on sale for like a week!
