not to steal from troutman65s recipe it is great tried it. i just have another and really simple.
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup whorstaschire
1 onion
alot of garlic
heres what i do i mix vinegar and worstaschire and inject into meat transfer to ziplock add onion and garlic. you can mix all at once. let soak for at least 1 hour longer is better. grill according to troutmans recipe. sorry for spelling. enjoy

Trust me, Just try Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade.. Simply the best..

Soak in Soy-Vey Marinade with a little Brown Sugar and minced Garlic (soak over night).

I did a new one the other night, My family loved it..

Montreal Steak seasoning
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha garlic chili paste
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
4-5 green onions chopped up..
Soak in large ziploc for an hour or 3 and cook as usual..

Came out yummy.. with an asian flare.. the green onions did that
