Hit the water rather late with travis and brice left HH around 10 am i think. Made a quick run out to potters to find nothin but dabbs... said screw it moved inside and drifted from around 12 until 3:30 hit the trailer around 4 30-5 and cut fish from then until 630 ish... Lots of nice fish sheeps were chewin and all the staries you could stand... Brice nailed a really nice local red(5-6lb) and travis managed to catch the reef and loose 2 or 3 expensive shimano rf jigs lol but he did also manage to bring a piece of the reef up to the boat for examination one time. ended the day with limits of rf for the 3 of us.
reds, chuckle, staries, sheeps, and a whole lot more.
Brice no doubt will post his pic of the red.
TILL next march this is the freezer filler :Big Grin:

Hi ssericz,

Sounds like a great way to end the season. Those jigs ......$30 down the drain for sure !! Still .... there's the satisfaction of doing it ones' own way.

thanks,

The jigs I lost out there cost me under thirty bucks altogether. But it was a fun day and you forgot to mention all the whitefish we got. And by the way if that was a 5-6lb red then one of those sand dabs weighed 3-4lbs.
