fun egg buffet

set out what ever toppings you like ham, onion, shrimp, bacon, cheese. well you know what i mean. fill a big pot of water bring to boil. mix up some eggs 2-3 per person in bowl. now the fun begins. get small ziplocks and write names on them. then have everyone fill bags with 2-3 eggs and what ever toppings they like. add them all pot same time. bring back to boil and cook till done bout 15mins. lots of fun and they come out great. have done this 4 times always good. enjoy

Says they roll outta the baggie right on to the plate just like you made 'em in a skillet... pretty cool..... :Big Grin:

We did this on a rogue river rafting trip with egg beaters and it worked great. Fewer eggs worked better for us.
