Got a 6" Huddleston Holdover Trout and I often fish Silverwood and Big Bear. Is now a good time to use it? If not, when is the best time to use it? Also, thinkin about getting the 6" Juvinile Trout. Any advice would be apprecieated.

I have one as well. Next time you head to the wood or BB let me know. I'll meet up with you and we can give it a try together. I'm in Barstow. All I have to get on the water is a tandem kayak. I'm not affraid of the cold. I also have some Mamoth Magic I've been wanting to get some action on.

If the lakes that you fish are being stocked this time of year, then it is a good time to use the juvenile.

you will see better action from city park lakes with those badboys.
