BSP winter E ticket.

Saw a big group of Opaleye yesterday. Must have been 20 in a pack off Pier C all big about 10", 20' visibility inner harbor LB.

Yes, the Halibut still bite in the winter. I caught a 26" on Thanksgiving, and a 21.25" this past Thursday.

The halis are still here. Not so much in quantity, but definitely quality.

BSP's spawn during the winter, so head out with some MORF or Clear Red Flake Gulp Grubs and eff em up. Make sure you're careful witht he prego's though. If they have something large and pink coming out of their anus, get them back in the water quick. Not rare to have them give live birth in your hands.
