umbrella rigs?

Any suggestion on which is a good basic setup (Reel, line pole..ect.)

I would suggest saving money and rig them up yourself. Not too hard to do.

I just found a couple of threads with suggestions....thanks. The only question now is should I use my saltwater rig. I have a saltist 30 and a penn jigmaster.

That will work but the only thing is you wont know how much line you let out. I think you can pick up a lincounter that attaches to your pole for pretty cheap on basspro or cabelas? They might even have them at the local tackle shops.
