The anticipation was great, but was'nt sure how the fishin would be after the previous nights downpour. Got a call from a couple of friends that they would not be able to make it so it was a solo trip. Started off at 7:30 launch-extension is nice water temp around 58 cloudy water was stained of course. There was about 2 trollers including myself, and the other fella also had a skunk stripe when we came about on the west end. Rawsons cove was trippy lookin with no water in it. Will have to try it again another time, but it was great to be back on the jewel.
It was nice heading out to the west end.

To be honest the Jewel is a lot higher than in the summer.

What up BC? I saw ur closing report for the Sierras,great job up there. Gonna do the DVL opener on the 20th with Mike aka Releasedbutneverforgotten. He hasn't fished in a very long time, he's ready.
