Croaker :Rolls Eyes::LOL:

Start back walkin and throwin and lo and behold, I see this Pug sittin on the sand all by himself, with no one around
http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz280/fishshep/100_0177.jpg

Tried to get a front facial shot, but he would have none of it !!!
Should have known that this could have or would have been a sign that
I would happen to meet the legend himself- "Wingnut'
with "Bones ' and a couple of others this day
It is almost 6pm .Guess they are on their way back and will post ?
Hope they did better than me on the Hali,s!!!
Left the area at 11am. cuz did not even get a bite after four hours
of consistant throwin !!!:Rolls Eyes:
At the second A.O., caught about ten perch and one croaker.

Another One

Now I am close to leaving the second A.O, when I see these
two Divers come out of the water aways down the beach and walk to about fifty yards from me, coming towards me, and I notice they have about fifteen assorted Bass apiece
I ,say, WOW!!! Did you spear all of them ? "Yeah, the guy says, would you like one, we have plenty ? "There are a lot of them in real close !!!
Here, you can have this one "

Nice seeing you on the sand today FS.

Wingnut Pug was scouting for Halibut position ahead of the S.W.A.T. advance.

Not many Flatties to be found today, but a great report will be put up tomorrow by Pontoon & Trollmiester. :Big Grin:

Nice Christmas present! :Envious:

FS

We all get disappointed when we return a few days later and the action is not the same!

You still were able to use your instincts and go to the spot that you have success and it payed off! And congrats on the early Xmas present. Sounds like some cool folks to hang around.

Glad to see you were able to meet a FNN Legend!!!

She is always very protective of her masters territory therefore the angry look!

I missed the opportunity today to be out at the same location with you all due to higher priorities.

Thanks for the report and the nice "Late Fall Nature Shots".

When my dad was alive, and lived down there , used to camp  at Motel 6
off "Poinsettia" and go to "Ponto" I think it is called. You get off the
Poinsettia ave ramp, go west towards the beach wher you will end on PCH and make left (there is a state camp ground there) and continue south
untill on the right you will see a small jetty and sand area to park.
There is usually always Corbina,by thejetty and south of it. There is a channel or inlet also that runs under a bridge (PCH) and the waters fill a large
lake like area where Bass are . 3- inch Big Hammer Swimmies are good!!
BUT, IF !!! ? You can get CLAMS on low tide and go fish to the right of the
pier, even north of it as far as the boat launch and northern jetty
area with the clams !!! MAN!!! I have seen some BIG Spot Fins come
out of that north side of the pier area on CLAMS !!!

The Malibu coast is 27 miles long !!!
If you want to fish a specific spot,
because at a certain time you see a good
report from there, know that every day ,
conditions change, and so does therefore,
the catchin!!!
