We have a good local spot for rock fish, Big lings, coppers, reds, ect.. We also do get some huge cow cod.... I'm up on reg's and the cows are always released... The big black was successfully released after about 45 min. Beautiful fish, The pictures dont do this fish justice as most of the fish is in the water. It was estimated by us and other private boaters to be between 5-6 hundred lbs.

It's good you know your regs but it looks like Jr is using 3 hooks for rock fish not trying to start a prob or bash another fisherman but 2 hooks rock fishing in Cali waters.
