I'm not surprised CA is on the list. Lot of people I know like it here in SoCal, including myself. Quality of life is good here in SoCal...there's way worse places to live, IMO.
Sure, we got our share of problems, but there isn't one single place I have ever lived that doesn't have "problems".

Yeah, ud think the state where having multiple wives is accepted would be dead last as far as happiness goes. ;-)

i think its a weather thing. we have good weather and utah is just plain fun.
