Man got up to a late start and forgot some things that was important.Such as tackle,chair,bait but I had the beer.:Cool:
Got to the Vine at about 6:40ish.Debated on where to fish.First thing came to mind was The Flats.Headed to the flats put on a cd and set up.As soon as I got there I seen a family hooking up on one!Im like cool maybe this will be a good spot.Set up one line on 3lb p-line test,and the other on 6lb pline test.One hook with the Timster special,and the other one a treble hook with garlic powerbait.Crack open the first bottle to relaxation! Nothing for about 45 mins.Winds started kicking up to my advantage.

First hit...on the Timster special ! Guess what ! Farmed ! I didnt set the hook.:Rolls Eyes: Right after,next one on powerbait...ZZZzzzZzZzZzZZZZzzzz I thought it was a big one buy my drag was just set lose.Farmed again! :Angry::Angry:
Im thinking to myself...what the hell is wrong with me? Its like I was scared to pop the line and lose the fish from those strong catfish and striper hooksets.I said ok the next one..his arse is mines ! Threw on a white egg,and night crawler.Second was treble hook and green powerbait...for nothing.Reset back up to the stuff I was getting bites on and wham ! Timster special fish on !!

By this time the winds are strong,then slow....
Im sitting there drinking the green imports! Fish bite slowed down...now

Ok now,by this time its 12:30ish.I'm like ok back to fishing instead of listening to music.Set back with the Timster special and garlic bang and 5 minutes...I see the bobber going up n down ! What ! Fish on !!

Now its about 2pm and I farmed about 4 fish :Confused:
Im ready to go now before the traffic kick in.As I was packing up...The Timster special goes off again !! Can yall guess what happened? Set the hook on a 3lb text...lma0 ....snap ! Oh well...another day at war !
Relaxed,not at work,brews,and a safe trip home !
