Need a link to lakes that tell me wether or not I can run a two stroke.
Need info on Bigbear, Silverwood, Skinner, and so on.

I think you are just going to have to look that up for each individual lake. I don't know of any website that will tell you info for every lake.
Try the FNN lake info thing.

I was pretty sure it was just skinner and dvl that you couldn't...

It's only a matter of time till you won't be able to take them anywhere but the big lake to the west! You should trade it up sooner than later in my opinion.
