Pond near March AFB

On google earth this morning and saw a pond. Its at Village W Dr., and 5th st. If you exit the 215 at Nandima ave and go west. Then go north on village w dr.

Is this fishable? Is there anything in it?

Looks like it is not part of the golf course so it may be worth the effort.

It's possible to fish there, but make sure to wear your ninja gear during ninja hours. It's private property. There's some nice bass in there if you make the trip.
