we got our lines in the water by 6:30 and it was pretty slow at west shore all morning. the bite was really slow and sporadic our whole time there. when they bit it was on powerbait, orange and chartreuse. at around noon we set up for the troll and did better. we got 3 in quick succession trolling mid lake towards the dam, the biggest being 1 1/2#. They hit rapalas and thomas bouyants.
