Going on the pursuit today and made a decision about 10 mins ago to go do some hoopping tonight when I get back. Unfortunately, I haven't done my research and have no clue as to where to go. Any piers around this area that stay open late that will be worth a try? Any info would be great! Thanks in advance!!!

Lobster have moved out deep. You probably wont catch anything at a pier until the end of February or March when they come back in to breed.
