Water temps are slowly dropping at both lakes ...... they both received alot of fish today........

Since your in Cerritos, I'd hit SARL and avoid the traffic to & from Corona........

Fish for traffic is a good trade no doubt. Never been to Corona. Is there alot of spots to fish at the lake?

I would give the edge to Corona because the colder water will activate the fish.

I was at Corona from opening till 10:30 fishing from the shore to the right of the entry. Not a singe bite and only saw two fish caught from that area. I threw every power bait color/flavor I had.

That was your problem. The water is really shallow over there right now. 3 or 4 feet in that back cove.

I''d say Carona, and I live 5 minutes away from SARL.

And of course when I asked at the front gate I was told they were biting great over there, gee they don't steer anyone wrong would they? I was also told when I was leaving that they may not get more water pumped in, too expensive.

Ended up at Corona. Got a boat and scored 2 on a mini jig and 1 on night crawler. Got a catfish also on a crawler. Better than what i expected. No skunk at least. Seemed like they were saving the big plant for Sat.
