Do you guys know anyone that can do a job on two small projects; a 1711 sqft residence and 3200 sqft video store. I am willing to pay but don't expect it in gold. I want to get an idea of the total cost.

What type of work do you need done???

I have a good friend who does remodels (of all sorts) and Cabinets etc.. Great finish guy, does excellent quality work, fast and professional....
Workaholic that loves what he does...
