Arrived to the Vine at 7am with my girl. On the water by 720am and landed the first fish at 725. What a great way to start a sunday of fishing. It was a beutiful morning with the fog laying in thick til 930. We spent the day trolling and ended up with 8 bows. Each of us lost at least 4 on the retrieve. This was the best day of fishing we have had in a long time. The bite died around 1pm. Loaded up the boat at 3pm and headed home. I am very impressed with this years trout opener. Fish were jumping everywhere and we saw most boats catching. Can't wait to go back.
