Is west shore open and driveable?

I'm planning on going fishing there Monday,
anybody knows if west shore is open and is it drivable?
It's gonna be my first time there fishing Irvine Lake! I'm looking forward to it!!!

It is not driveable the road is under water but you can still hike your tail off to get there , but the fishing is GREAT.:EyePop:
