Everytime I'm out there I see float tubers and I have yet to see one be bothered. I would suggest you call them.

This was by order of the Orange County Water District....... NOT SARL management........ but as of 9-17-09
No private boats, no float tubes at SARL and Anaheim Lake (when open)
The district wishes to avoid spreading quagga mussels into these lakes.....
