Heading out tomorrow for the first time. Got a full day rental and now I am heading out. Any help would be great. Lures, places to explore, ect...

Im no pro at DVL and havent fished there in a long time but I do know they just stocked trout there last week, so I would say bring the big swimbaits, and drop shot

East Dam and Rock Quarry by the West Dam. Let us know how you did and if the fish are chasing shad again.

The cove at the east dam is on fire right now. Throw topwater, scrounger heads, silver spoons, and swimbaits. Also, the cove at restroom 1 and 2, and as always the dams are productive. Good luck.
