Late Report.

My Dad and I fished last Saturday out at Irvine to cap off our Catfish Season at the Vine. We arrived at the lake and talked with Whitney and added to our Irvine Lake reward card points.

TROUT ISLAND IS DRIVEABLE!!!

After getting to our spot, we set out the bait and commenced our waiting game. The action was a bit slower last weekend compared to earlier this season but we still managed 7 fish, almost a limit. We had a few short hits which could of turned our fish count into a limit.

I landed a 7lber, 5lber, 4lber and a smaller fish and my Dad had a 7lber and 2 smaller fish.

John hats off to you and your Pops for a great catfish season at the Vine this summer, I won't be surprised when I see one if not both of you holding a 40+lber next season!

Nice looking cats you guys nailed btw...congrats!
