Info On San Luis Reservior and Creek

Hey FNN,


I drive by San Luis Reservior and Creek atleast a couple times every year and I always wonder what type of fishing is to be had at these two spots. Does anyone have any information?

I usually see people fishing the creek right off of the 152.

Any info is appreciated.

That lower body of water that you drive over is the Oneal forebay,,,,,,the fresh water RECORD striper came from there!!!

Ive caught alot of stripers under that bridge off the bank,,,and a few in the lake<upper> out of a boat,,,,,,,,,A REALLY FINICKY LAKE,,,But when its on,ITS ONNNN!!!!!!

Thanks for the info trail blazer! Do you have to pay a fee to fish the forebay? I may just have to get a line wet next time I'm in the area.
